Call to Freedom provides supportive services for victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. By creating a strong network of frontline providers who offer safe housing, mental health counseling, medical assistance, chemical dependency, transportation and other supportive services. We serve victims in Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas.
Children's Inn provides free services for women, children and men who are victims of family violence, elder abuse, child abuse, neglect or sexual assault. Children's Inn was founded in 1977 and through a merger in 1998, became a program of Children's Home Society of South Dakota, a private, nonprofit organization.
Tapestry International Ministry journeys with women vulnerable to sexual exploitation, substance abuse, gang affiliation, and homelessness by relationship building in strip clubs, on the streets, and in homeless shelters. They work & partner with The new colossus on coordinated outreach projects including their homeless outreach and strip club relationship building.
The Compass Center provides crisis intervention, counseling, and advocacy to children, adolescents, and adults (both male and female) who are survivors of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, child sexual abuse, and human trafficking/sexual exploitation. All survivor services are free and confidential, and the organization does not discriminate on any basis.
LSS provides treatment for youth who have significant mental health, emotional and behavioral issues. LSS also provides treatment for youth who cannot function in their home environments OR in their schools and communities. LSS provides 24-hour care for boys and girls ages 10 to 17 through two psychiatric residential treatment programs and one group care program. THE NEW COLOSSUS LEADS GROUPS THAT GO OVER VULNERABILITIES, EMPATHY, AND HOW THIS ALL COULD LEAD TO SEXUAL EXPLOITATION.
